Annual Assessment Dues
Annual assessments of $400 is due by February 15th each year.
Invoices are sent to each homeowner by email in January from [email protected]. There is a personalized link in that email to pay the $400 assessment online.

Checks also are an accepted payment method. Please make checks payable to "South Cove HOA" and mail them to PO Box 1257, Issaquah, WA 98027.
