Plat Filings and Plat Maps

South Cove is made up of five recorded subdivisions.  Each of these subdivisions is described in a King County record which includes a detailed plat map. Plat maps can be used to determine the actual dimensions of each lot, easements, shoreline restrictions and even which lots are responsible for maintaining which planting island.
