At each annual meeting, the treasurer provides a spending summary to describe how money was spent in the prior operating year (November 1st through October 31st), and a budget proposing how money should be spent in the next 12 months.

Homeowner Dues are payable in full on November 1st of any given year.  Checks should be made payable to South Cove Homeowners Association and mailed to P.O. Box 1257, Issaquah, WA 98027.
