Homeowners Association

 

The South Cove Homeowners Association makes our neighborhood a better place by maintaining the 3 acre park, tennis courts, beach, mailboxes and by coordinating community events throughout the year.  All homeowners are encouraged to become active participants in the South Cove community!

 

 

New Homeowners:

Are you new a new South Cove homeowner who has never received correspondence from the Homeowners Association? Please let us know you are here! Please contact welcome committee chair Shelby Grieve at 206-779-7373 or email.

 

 

Tennis Court Keys:

If you have lost your tennis court key, or did not receive one from the previous homeowner, new keys can be obtained for $10 from committee chair Julie Meyer.  Please call her at 644-2559 or .

 

 

Escrow Inquiries:

Escrow inquiries should be directed to South Cove's Treasurer, Windsor Lewis-Gloy (h: 425-643-2685 or c: 425-260-4362).  An email with a .pdf version of your escrow form is the quickest way to complete escrow inquiries.

 

 

HOA Resources:

 

Annual Homeowner Dues:

Homeowner dues are currently $225 per year.

 

A reminder postcard is mailed to your address in the fall, and payment is due November 1 - the first day of our fiscal year.  Example:  Payment for fiscal year 2008 is due November 1, 2007.
