Please remember that any exterior additions or alterations to your property need to be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval before your project begins. This includes:

Jungle gyms and trampolines

Satellite dishes

Exterior painting of house or other exterior structures OR
-
Any exterior alteration and/or addition to a home.
Additionally, now that our area been annexed by the City of Issaquah it is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure that their project is in compliance with city codes, regulations, ordinances, etc. Please see the following links to review information on permit requirements for the City of Issaquah:

"The Permit Center provides general information for construction in the City and can guide you to the permits needed for development activity within the city limits. Construction permits assure that structures are built to nationally recognized standards, designed to ensure that buildings are structurally sound and hazard free. Land use permits assure that structures meet zoning requirements and comply with environmental regulations. (Land use info can be found at the Planning dept) Permit Technicians are on hand to assist you from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Permit Center is located at 1775 12th Ave NW.
